Sept, 2.—William F. Farlow, Officer of Registration 4th
district, vice Henry West, failed to qualify.

1873.

Jan, 7.—Richie Fooks, County Commissioner, vice Joseph
Haton, resigned.

Jan. 7. — Horatio N. Crawford, Justice of the Peace 2nd
district, vice Henry Kennerly, deceased.

Jan. 24. Levin A. H. Walter, Justice of the Peace 2nd
district, vice Horatio N. Crawford, declined.

July 28.—Wm. H. H. Baily, Justice of the Peace 3rd dis-
trict, vice Isaac F. Mezich, resigned.

April 14.—King V. White, Officer of Registration 6th dis-
trict, vice Ephraim W. Dennis, removed from
the county.

Aug. 90,—Joshua Johnson, Officer of Registration 5th dis-
trict, vice 8. W. Smith, removed from the
county.

The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing ap-
pointments agreeably to the nominations.
