two assessment districts, one of which shall be the territory
within the corporate limits of the city of Annapolis, and the
second district shall constitute all of the county not included
within the limits of the city of Annapolis.

"Divide Charles county into two assessment districts, the
first to be composed of the first and third collection districts,
and the second to be composed of the second and fourth col-
lection districts.

"St. Mary's county shall be divided into two assessment
districts, the first assessment district to be composed of the
first, second and third election districts; the second assess-
ment to be composed of the fourth, fifth and sixth election
districts.

"Prince George's county to be divided as follows : first,
second, third, fourth and fifth election districts to be com-
posed as one assessment district; sixth, seventh, eighth,
ninth, tenth and eleventh election districts to be composed as
another assessment district, thereby making two assessment
districts.

"That Frederick county shall be divided into six assessment
districts, whereof election districts numbered one and two shall
constitute the first district; and election districts numbered
three, twelve and fourteen, shall be the second district; and
election districts numbered four, fifteen and five, shall con-
stitute the third district; and election districts numbered six,
ten and sixteen, shall constitute the fourth district; and elec-
tion districts numbered seven, nine and thirteen, shall con-
stitute the fifth district; and election districts numbered
eight, eleven, seventeen and eighteen, shall constitute the
sixth district; provided, that there shall be appointed by the
Governor, a Board of Controll and Eevise for Baltimore
county, which shall consist of seven persons, who shall have
all the powers delegated to the County Commissioners in
other counties of the State, by this Act."

Said bill, as amended, was then read the third time and
passed by yeas and nays as follows :
