Being on third reading, the following amendments were
submitted:

Section 1, line 13, after the word "cents," insert "to Ham-
ilton H. Powers, one hundred and thirty-seven dollars and
fifty cents, erroneously paid into the Treasury, as per certifi-
cates of the Comptroller of the Treasury, Treasurer and At-
torney General."

Amend the title by adding after word "Tolson," the words
"Hamilton H. Powers."
