Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

On motion by Mr. Aydelott, it was

Ordered, That one hundred copies of the Report of the
Commissioners to adjust the Boundary Line between Mary-
land and Virginia, that was heretofore directed by the Senate
to be printed, be and the same are hereby ordered to be placed
in the hands of the Hon. R. C. Holliday, Secretary of State,
to be by him properly deposited among the archives of State,
and the remainder of said Reports, not heretofore destributed,
be sent to the address of the several Senators respectively.

On motion by Mr. Walsh, it was

Ordered, That the Chairman of the Committee on Claims
pay to Charles J. Fox, five hundred dollars, for efficient ser-
vices rendered the Senate as reporter.

On motion by Mr. Fields, it was

Ordered, That no Senator be allowed to speak more than
once upon any subject, and not more than five minutes, un-
less by the unanimous consent of the Senate; and on any
amendment to any bill not more than two minutes.

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Board of
Police Commissioners for the city of Baltimore, to appoint a
Clerk to the Marshal of Police for said city,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
