An act to divorce Susanna Skiles, of Frederick county.

Divorce
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Susanna Skiles, of Frederick county, be henceforth
divorced from her hussband John C. Skiles, and that the
marriage contract heretofore had and solemnized, be
and the same is hereby declared null and void; and
they are hereby declared to be mutually released from,
and every duty and obligation and benefit and advantage
growing out and in consequence of the said marriage con-
tract, and the said Susanna Skiles is by this act declared
to be divorced a vinculo matrimonii.

An act to divorce Mary Ann Ball, of Allegany county, from
her husband Jacob Ball.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the marriage heretofore solemnized between Mary
Ann Ball and Jacob Ball, be and the same is hereby de-
clared to be null and void to all intents and purposes, and
that the said Mary Ann Ball and said Jacob Ball be and they
are hereby divorced a vinculo matrimonii.

An act to divorce John Melvin, of the city of Baltimore, from
his wife Eleanor Melvin.

|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That John Melvin, of the city of Baltimore, be and he is
hereby divorced from his wife Eleanor Melvin a vinculo
matrimonii.
