pass any order of ratification of any acts or proceedings in
said ease or to a final decision and determination of said case
which is now pending in said court, Therefore.

CHAP. 200.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Judges of Harford county court, be and they are
hereby authorised to proceed in said case to pass any order
of ratification of any acts or proceedings as to the said
court shall seem equitable to a final decision and determina-
tion thereof, which order or decision and determination,
shall be as final and conclusive in the case as if the court
had had original jurisdiction over the subject matter, and
all the proceedings which may be had by virtue of such
order or decision and determination, shall be good and valid
in law to all intents and purposes.

CHAPTER. 200.

Are act for the relief of Daniel Rouzer, of Frederick
county.

Passed Mar. 13,1834

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Daniel Rouzer of Frederick county, be,
and he is hereby authorised to execute and acknowledge
in due form of law, a deed in fee simple to John Hammer,
of Mechanic's Town, in the county aforesaid, for a lot of
ground and its appurtenances lying in Mechanic's Town,
according to the courses and distances of a certain deed of
trust from John Creager to Daniel Rouzer, John Leather-
man and Leonard Wampler, dated April first, eighteen hun-
dred and fourteen and recorded in Liber W. R. number
forty-six, folio four hundred and fifty-six, &c. one of the
Land Records of Frederick county; Provided, the purchase
money be firs! paid or secured to said Daniel Rouzer.

Deed authorised

Sec. 2. And be it enacted by the authority aforesaid, That
this act shall take effect from and after the passage thereof.
