such as shall be deemed by said court proper for such de-
linquency or misconduct.

CHAP. 195.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the said Orphans' court
shall every year after the next session of the Legislature
report to the House of Delegates an accurate account of all
their proceedings under this act, at the commencement of
each session thereof, and also an account of the number of
pupils educated out of the charity fund aforesaid, designat-
ing the age and sex, as also a particular account of the
money disposed of by them on account of the state's dona-
tion.

Orphans' Court to
report

Sec, 5. And be it enacted, That the Register of wills of
Caroline county shall perform all such services as may be
required and directed by the Orphans' court of said coun-
ty, and he shall keep in a well bound book or books, to
be provided for that purpose, fair and correct accounts and
statements of the proceedings of the said court in relation
to the proportion of the school fund to which said county
is or may hereafter be entitled, exhibiting in a particular
manner how the same has or may be appropriated and dis-

posed of, which said book or books shall be kept open and
accessible to the examination and inspection of the citizens
of the county, and all other persons that may be intere'sted
or in any way concerned therein, as also the disposition by
said court of the state's donation, and he shall be allowed
and paid such sum as the Orphans' court , hall deem a rea-
sonable compensation for his services.

Book

Sec 6. And 6e it enacted, That from and after the passage
of this act, the Orphans' court of said county shall fill all
vacancies that may occur by death, resignation or other-
wise in the board of the trustees as aforesaid.

Vacancies

Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That any law inconsistent with
the provisions of this act be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.

A Supplement to an act entitled, an an relating to the pub-
lic Roads, in the several counties therein mentioned, pass-
ed at November session, eighteen hundrad and twenty.
