CHAP. 158.

Rachael Hambleton, for the term of her natural life, and
after her death, in the said Jacob Hambleton, son of Adam
Hambleton, his heirs and assigns forever, saving the rights
of all persons who may at a future time be able to show a
better title to the same, as heirs at law of tie said Jacob
Hambleton, deceased.

Personal estate dis-

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the personal estate of the
said Jacob Hambleton that may remain after the payment
of his just debts, shall be distributed in manner following,
one half of the same shall go to the said Rachael Hamble-
ton, and the other half thereof shall be equally distributed
Between the said Jacob Harnbleton, James Hambleton and
Mark Hambleton, of the state of Delaware, two of the half
brothers of the intestate, and Peregrine Hambleton, the
only son of his half brother, William Hambleton, deceased;
and the said Rachael Hambleton, and the other distributive
claimants shall have full power to demand and sue for
their respective distributive proportions, in the same man-
ner as if they were the widow, next of kin and legal repre-
sentatives of the said intestate.

CHAPTER 158.
An act to divorce Frances Ida Sicard, of the City of Balti-
more, from her husband Jean A. Sicard.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the marriage heretofore solemnized be-
tween Frances Ida Sicard, and Jean A. Sicard, be and the
same is hereby derlared to be null and void, to all intents
and purposes, and that the said Frances Ida, and said Jean
A. Sicard, be, and they are hereby divorced a vinculo mat-
rimonii.

Sec. 2. And be if enacted, That the said Frances Ida
Sicard, be and she is hereby authorised to assume and
take the name of Frances Ida Downer.
