hereby declared to be good and valid sales to all intents
and purposes; Provided, the said sales are in all other re-
spects legal and regular, and made in conformity with the
laws of the state relating to the same.

A Supplement to an act entitled, an act to amend and re-
duce into one system the laws to direct descents.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That hereafter in all cases where land has been

sold by commissioners appointed under the act to which
this is a supplement, or when any person has elected to take
land under said act, the county court of the county where
the land lies, upon being satisfied that the purchase money

to the person or persons entitled to the same, may upon the
application of the purchaser or person electing to take, or
any other person who may have become entitled to said

legal title to said lands, as fully as if a, deed had been made
by all of the original commissioners, or a majority of them,
as required by the act to which this is a supplement.
