CHAPTER 580.
|
|

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners
|
|
|
of Talbot County, in the State of Maryland, in their discre-
|
|
|
tion, to construct a bridge across Rolle's creek, in Talbot
|
|
|
County.
|
|
|
SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
|
|
land, That the County Commissioners of Talbot County be
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said County Commis-

property in said county, and collect a sufficient sum of money
|
|
|
to pay the cost of constructing and maintaining said bridge

and the causeways leading thereto.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
|
|
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 581.
|
|
|
AN ACT to authorize the Governor, the Comptroller of the
|
|
|
Treasury and the Treasurer to sell, lease or otherwise dis-
|
|
|
pose of to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore the
|
|
|
property of the State of Maryland, or any interest therein
|
|
|
situated within certain territorial limits in the City of Bal-
|
|
|
timore.
|
|
|
WHEREAS, By an Aet recently passed by the General As-
|
|
|
sembly of Maryland creating the Burnt District Commission
|

sary and requisite to lay out, open, widen, extend, straighten
|
|
|
or close any street, lane or alley, or part thereof, in the Burnt
|
|
|
District therein defined, and also to lay out additions and ex-
|
|
|
tensions to be made to the public wharves and docks of Balti-
|
|
