Railroad avenue at the outer angle of the curve of the side-

 

walk; thence running by and with the said State street south

 

82 degrees 15 minutes east, a distance of twenty- four hundred

 

and forty-nine feet to a pine tree standing a little east of a ditch ;

 

thence south eleven hundred and twenty-seven feet ; thence

 

north 84 degrees 15 minutes west, twenty-eight hundred and

 

twenty-three feet, to the west line of the New York, Philadel-

 

phia and Norfolk Railroad property; thence by and with the

 

same north 10 degrees 30 minutes east, one hundred and fifty-

 

rive feet; thence north 84 degrees 15 minutes west, seven hun-

 

dred and forty-two feet ; thence north 10 degrees east, ten

 

hundred and eighty-two feet, to a slab by the curb on the south

 

side of the sidewalk on the north side of the street; thence

 

south 82 degrees 30 minutes east, nine hundred and ten feet

 

and six inches, to the beginning.

CHAPTER 579.

 

AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local

 

Laws of Maryland, entitled "Charles County," sub-title

 

"Sheriff," to come in after Section 171, to be designated

 

as Section 171A.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

of its passage.
