SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the sum of five hundred dollars, or so much thereof

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Comptroller of the

Treasury be and he is hereby directed to issue his warrant on

lis, Maryland, in the month of January, 1905, for such sums

CHAPTER 566.
|

AN ACT to authorize, empower and direct the County Com-
|
 
|
missioners of Queen Anne's County to grant a pension of
|
 
|
fifty dollars to James Godwin, of said county, and to levy
|
 
|
said amount on the assessable property of said county.
|
 
|
SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County
|

to grant a pension of fifty dollars annually to James Godwin,

of said county; said pension of fifty dollars to be paid quar-

the assessable property of said county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.
