SEC. 8. And be it enacted. That whenever any deposits shall

CHAPTER 560.

 

AN ACT to add an additional section to be known as Sec-

 

tion 177A and to come immediately after Section 177 of

 

Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince

 

George's County," and to repeal and re-enact with amend-

 

ments Section 178 of said Article 17 of the Code of Public

 

Local Laws.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

choose to be present, to proceed to select from the lists last

 

furnished by the clerk of the Board of County Commissioners,

 

provided for in Article 51, Section 6 of the Code of Public

 

General Laws, and from the poll books of the several election

 

districts of the county that shall be returned and filed in the

 

Clerk's office of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County,

 

or wherever said poll books may by law be required to be filed,

 

a panel to consist of two hundred persons to be fairly and

 

impartially selected from those on said lists between the ages
