SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That J. H. Wingate and Henry Jones, of Dorchester

 

County, be and they are hereby authorized and empowered

to construct a wharf at Long Point, Dorchester County,

a wharf.

said wharf to extend out into the water of Fox creek a distance

 

of not more than four hundred yards and that said wharf,

 

when so constructed and erected, shall be the property of

 

the said J. H. Wingate and Henry Jones, their heirs and

 

assigns or tenants in common.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 554.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 6

 

of Chapter 610 of the Acts of 1890, entitled "An Act to

 

enable the qualified voters of Garrett County to determine

 

by ballot whether spirituous or fermented liquors or alcoholic

 

bitters shall be sold in said county, and to regulate the terms

 

and conditions on which the sale thereof may be made in

 

case the majority of the voters of said county shall deter-

 

mine, said question in the affirmative, and to regulate the

 

sale thereof by druggists and pharmacists."

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Section 6 of Chapter 610 of the Acts of 1890,

 

entitled "An Act to enable the qualified voters of Garrett County
