The returns of said election shall be made in the same manner

bonds shall be issued, but if the majority of the votes cast
|

shall be for the issue of water bonds, the Commissioners of
|

Delmar, as hereinbefore provided for, may issue said bonds
|
 
|
to the amount of ten thousand dollars, as hereinbefore pro-
|
 
|
vided.

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That in the event of any change
|
 
|
from the present form of the local government of Delmar,

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners

of St. Mary's County to levy a sum of money not exceeding

four hundred and fifty dollars to build a school house for

white children at or near Hillville in the Sixth Eection Dis-
|
 
|
trict of St. Mary's County.

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
