108. The primary elections at each voting place shall be con-

as hereinafter required and provided for. The duties of

the inspectors shall be to assist the judge of election in conduct-

ing the election in their respective districts or precincts and to
|

act as clerks to the Board of Election, and each of said inspec-

tors shall have a vote with said judge on all questions brought
