LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Abolishing an

Insane Asylum, as herein provided for, known as

insane asy-
lum.

"Sylvan Retreat," shall be abolished and cease to be main-

 

tained by the County Commissioners of Allegany County as

 

an insane asylum or place for the care of the insane.

 

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That immediately after this

 

Act takes effect the County Commissioners of Allegany County
