cases of insanity in said institution, shall designate such of

 

them, if there be found any such cases in said insane asylum

 

as in the opinion of the members of said Lunacy Commission

 

can be safely and propely cared for in the almshouse, such

 

cases thus designated by the Lunacy Commission shall be

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That as soon as the County
