AN ACT to amend Chapter 334 of the Acts of the General

Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1890,

entitled "An Act to regulate the sale and the granting of

licenses for the sale of spirituous and fermented liquors
|
 
|
in Baltimore County, as amended by Chapter 436 of the Acts
|
 
|
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
|
 
|
Session, 1896, and to repeal said last mentioned Act.
|
 
|
SECTION 16. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
