LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

CHAPTER 482.

 

AN ACT for the better protection of game birds, song birds,

 

insectivorous birds in Calvert County and St. Mary's County.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Protection of

land, That Section 15H of Chapter 206 of the Acts of the

game and
song birds.

General Assembly of 1898 be and the same is hereby made

 

applicable to Calvert County and St. Mary's County, any-

 

thing in said Act to the contrary notwithstanding; provided,

 

however, that nothing contained herein shall apply to catbirds,

 

red-breasted robins, larks or cedar birds.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any of the Public Local

 

Laws of Calvert County or St. Mary's County be and the same

 

are hereby repealed in so far as they may be inconsistent with

 

Section 15H of Chapter 206 of the Acts of the General As-

 

sembly of 1898.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

 

Approved April 8,1904.

 

CHAPTER 483.

 

AN ACT to empower, authorize and direct the County Com-

 

missioners of Charles County to levy at their next levy, lay-

 

ing a sum of money to the use of Alice M. Cox, trustee of

 

the estate of Samuel II. Cox, late of Charles County, de-

 

ceased, said paid by the said Alice M. Cox, as said trustee,

 

into the County Treasury of Charles County in error.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Refunding

land, That the County Commissioners of Charles County be

moneys paid
in error.

and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to

 

levy at the next levy, laying the sum of twenty-nine dollars

 

and eighteen cents to the use of Alice M. Cox, trustee of the

 

estate of Samuel H. Cox, late of Charles County, deceased,

 

paid by the said Alice M. Cox, as said trustee, into the Treas-

 

ury of Charles County in error.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

 

Approved April 8, 1904.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with an amendment Section
