|
 
|
bers of the Board of Estimates, before the passage of said
|
 
|
Act in relation to its objects, or for the purpose of de-
|
 
|
fraying the cost of constructing, remodelling, altering, remov-
|
 
|
ing, repairing or straightening any sewer or drain within the
|
 
|
territory known as "The Burnt District," or for the purpose
|
 
|
of defraying the cost of repairing, remodelling, altering, re-
|
 
|
moving or constructing any of the water mains, subways

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section I of Article 76 of the Code of Public Gen-
