LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

CHAPTER 450.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 1 and Section 12 of the Acts passed

 

at the January Session, 1900, Chapter 225, being "An Act

 

to incorporate the Consolidated Trust and Finance Company

 

of Maryland, and to change the name of said corporation

 

and the title thereof," and to enact the following in lieu of

 

Section 1 and Section 12 of said Acts.

to elect or appoint directors and officers, and generally to do,

 

execute and , enforce all and singular such acts, contracts,

 

matters and things as may be necessary to carry out the objects

 

and purposes and to protect the interests of said body corpo-

 

rate, and to exercise the power or powers by this Act conferred
