SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Section 3 of Chapter 419 of the Acts of the Gen-

 

eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session,

 

1892, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, and

 

that two additional sections be added to said Act; said Sec-

 

tion 3, as amended, and said Sections 3A and 36, to read as

 

follows:

 

3. Whenever the owner or agent of an owner or owners of

 

any stallion shall have complied with the foregoing provisions
