CHAPTER 52.

 

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay Isaac Benesch

 

& Sons, Frank A. Monroe and the Evening Capital for

 

furniture, etc., furnished the Senate and House of Delegates.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 53.

 

AN ACT to pay the claim of the William J. C. Dulany Com-

 

pany for stationery furnished sundry departments of the

 

State from August 30, 1902, to May 31, 1903.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby

supplies.

authorized to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer for the

 

sum of nine hundred and twenty-five dollars and forty-one

 

cents in favor of the said William J. C. Dulany Company for

 

supplies furnished to the State Library, the Executive De-

 

partment, and the Court of Appeals from August 30, 1902, to

 

May 31, 1903.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

 

Approved March 9, 1904.

 

CHAPTER 54.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 3 of Chapter 419 of the Acts

 

passed at the January Session, 1892, of the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, and to re-enact the same with an amend-

 

ment; and to add two new sections to the said Act, to be

 

known as Section 3A and Section 36.
