CHAPTER 420.

 

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 19 of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws, title "St. Mary's County," to be known

 

as Section 119 of said Article.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

CHAPTER 421.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 2 of Article 59 of the Code of Public

 

Genera] Laws, entitled "Lunatics and Insane," and to re-en-

 

act the same with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Lunatics and

the insane, shall be maintained therein at the expense of the

 

State. In furtherance of the purposes of this Act a commission

 

shall be appointed by the Governor, of which he shall be a

 

member ex-officio, consisting of the Lunacy Commission, who

 

shall report to the Legislature on or before the 15th day of

 

January, 1906, such amendments to the present law regulating

 

the care and treatment of the insane and such other measures,
