CHAPTER 117.

 

AN ACT to add additional sections to Article 2 of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," under a

 

new sub-title "Eastport," to follow Section 130, and to be

 

called Section 130A, 130B and 130C, providing for the ap-

 

pointment of police officers for Eastport in Anne Arundel

 

County.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Genera! Assembly of Mary-

so appointed shall be subject to all and the same provisions,

 

regulations and rules as laid down and contained in Chapter

 

643 of the Acts of Assembly of 1902.

 

130B. It shall be the duty of said policeman, at all times, to
