LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

Company be and it is hereby authorized and empowered to ex-

 

tend its line of railway authorized by its charter to such other

 

points in Washington County, Chewsville and Smithsburg

 

Election Districts excepted, as the Board of Directors of said

 

railwav company may determine, with the right and power of

 

condemnation, as provided in the Code of Public General Laws,

 

Article 23, title "Corporation." sub-title "Railroad Companies,"

 

and to buy, lease, sell to or consolidate with any other railroad

 

or railway, and to connect or enter into traffic agreement with

 

any other railroad or railway.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said railway company, its

powered to haul passengers, packages, parcels and freight on

 

said railway and its extensions or connections ; to charge such

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from

 

the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 410.

 

AN ACT to add additional sections to Article 10 of the Code

 

of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title

 

"Fish," to be known as Section 186A, 186B and 186C, and

 

to add additional sections to Article 21 of the Code of Public

 

Local Laws, title "Talbot County," sub-title "Fish," to be

 

known as Sections 11GA, HOB and 116C ; and to addi-

 

tional sections to Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws,

 

title "Caroline County," sub-title "Fish," to be known as Sec-

 

tions 146A, 146B and 146C.

food fish.

WHEREAS, It is desirable to secure greater uniformity in the

 

Local Laws of the Counties of Caroline, Talbot and Dorchester,

 

in this State, governing the protection and increase of the food

 

fish in all the waters of the said counties in order to accomplish.
