WHEREAS, The Bachman Valley Railroad Company owns a

three-fourths of all the stock of said Bachman Valley Rail-

holders called for that purpose in favor of both ceasing the
|
 
|
operations of said railroad and of selling and disposing of
|
 
|
its property.

|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize and require the County Commissioners
|
 
|
of Calvert County to levy a sum of money to build a
|
 
|
school house for white children at or near Bowens, in Elec-
|
 
|
tion District No. 2, to replace School house No. I.

|
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
