SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the School Commissioners

land, That it shall not be lawful for the Clerk of the Circuit

 

Court for Frederick County to issue a license to any person, per-

 

sons, partnership or corporation to sell or barter spirituous or

 

fermented liquors or lager beer at any place within the limits of

 

Ballenger District or Election District No. 23, in Frederick

 

County, Maryland.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from

 

the date of its passage.
