SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That all fines in this Act are pay-

ited to the fund for the payment of bounties provided in Sec-

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That any Acts or parts of Acts

 

local or general, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act,

 

be and the same are hereby repealed.

 

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 373.

 

AN ACT to repeal Article 36, Section 28, of the Code of

 

Public General Laws, title "Sheriff," sub-title "Fees for

 

Delivering Commissions to Road Supervisors," so far as the

 

same applies to Washington County.

Fees: Road

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Supervisors,

General Laws, title "Sheriff," sub-title "Fees for Delivering

 

Commissions to Supervisors of Roads," as applied to Washing-

 

ton County, be and the same is hereby repealed.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of the

immediately upon the appointment of any and all road super-

 

visors for said county, after their respective commissions shall

 

be made out and signed by the said County Commissioners,

 

to mail to each road supervisor, so appointed, his com-

 

mission to issue to his latest postoffice address or to deliver

 

the said commission in person to the said road supervisor

 

if that be the most direct method for the clerk of the said

 

County Commissioners.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.
