contrivance to remove the same within five days after convic-

 

tion of having constructed either a fish pot or fish weir or

 

other like contrivance ; and for each and every day thereafter

 

that same shall be maintained, said owner or user of any

 

fish pot or fish weir or other like contrivance shall be subjected

 

to a further fine of five dollars for each and every day he

 

shall maintain or operate the same, and for the purpose of this
