CHAPTER 338.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
|
 
|
more to issue the stock of said corporation to an amount
|
 
|
not exceeding one million dollars for the extension of the
|
 
|
present park system of the City of Baltimore, and for the
|
 
|
development and improvement for park purposes of the
|
 
|
lands over which it shall be so extended, in such manner as
|
 
|
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore shall by ordinance
|
 
|
prescribe ; to authorize the submission of an ordinance to
|
 
|
that end to the legal voters of said city ; to empower the
|
 
|
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to acquire, by con-
|
 
|
demnation or otherwise, within the City of Baltimore, and
|
