CHAPTER 337.

 

AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 23 of the

 

Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Corpora-

 

tions," sub-title "General Regulations," to follow imme-

 

diately after Section 85L of said Article, to be known as Sec-

 

tion 85Li of said Article relating to the liability of stock-

 

holders to creditors and depositors of safe deposit, trust,

 

guarantee, loan and fidelity companies.

county or the City of Baltimore in which, as the case may be,

 

the said corporation had its last principal place of business ; and

State of Maryland may become parties defendant, and upon
