SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Article 22 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland,

 

title "Washington County," sub-title "Williamsport," be and

Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County," sub-title "Fred-

 

erick City," relating to registration and elections in said

 

city, as the same were amended by the Acts of 1898, Chap-

 

ters 1 and 2.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 156, 157/174, 180, 185, 2706, 270G, 270J,

 

270N, 270P, 270W, 270Y, of the Code of Public Local Laws

 

of Maryland, title "Frederick County," sub-title "Frederick
