costs incident to the proceeding, in the same manner as if judg-

ment had been rendered in said court for the same; and in case

of insurance on buildings, it shall be lawful for the owner or
|
 
|
for the company to apply by petition in writing to the Circuit
|
 
|
Court for the county wherein such property is situated to desig-
|
 
|
nate the boundaries of the land affected by the lien provided in
|
 
|
this Act ; and it shall be the duty of the court to issue an order
|
 
|
to the County Surveyor or some other surveyor to examine the
|
 
|
building insured and to make a report to the court, in which he
|
 
|
shall sufficiently designate by metes and bounds and courses
|
 
|
and distances, and by a plat, if necessary, the limit and extent
|
 
|
of the land under and surrounding the said insured building,

such report, if approved by the court, shall be entered at

assent, then this Act shall not take effect but shall be null and
|
 
|
void.

AN ACT to add two sections to Article 22 of the Public Local
|
 
|
Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Washington County,"
|
 
|
sub-title "Williamsport," to be known as Sections 411 A and
|
 
|
411B, to follow Section 411 of said Article as repealed and
|
 
|
re-enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland of 1904,
|
 
|
Chapter 17, and approved February 25, 1904; and to give
|
 
|
additional powers to the Burgess and Commissioners of
|
 
|
Williamsport relating to the streets and public places and
|
 
|
the lighting of said town.
