bly of Maryland, of the Session of 1901, entitled "An Act

to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 270GG,

sub-title 'Nominations;' Sections 270QQ, 270RR, 270TT,

sub-title 'Ballot and Ballot Boxes; and Sections 270CCC,

270DDD, 270HHH and 270AAAAA, sub-title 'Elections,'

of Chapter 2 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-

land," of the Session of 1898; entitled "An Act to repeal

Chapter 544 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-

land," passed at the January Session in the year 1894 ; entitled

"An Act to add new and additional sections to Article II

of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Fred-

erick County,' sub-title 'Frederick,' relating- to elections in

Frederick City," and to enact in lieu thereof certain new and

additional sections relating to the registration of voters and

to elections in Frederick City aforesaid, to be added to said

Article n of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,

title "Frederick City," sub-title "Frederick/' to follow Sec-

tion 27oA of said Article, and to be known as Section 2706,

etc.

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That Sections 270GG, sub-title "Nominations," 270QQ,

270RR, 270TT, sub-title "Ballots and Ballot Boxes," and

Sections 270CCC, 270DDD, 270HHH and 270AAAAA, sub-

title "Elections," of Chapter 18 of the General Assembly of

Maryland of the Session of 1901, entitled "An Act to repeal

and re-enact with amendments Sections 270GG, sub-title 'Nom-

inations,' Sections 270QQ, 2RR, 270TT, sub-title 'Ballots and

Ballot Boxes,' and Sections 270CCC, 270DDD, 270HHH and

270AAAAA, sub-title 'Elections,' of Chapter 2 of the Acts of

the General Assembly of Maryland,' of the Session of 1898;
