to the State of Maryland in the sum of ten thousand dollars,

 

shall receive the contract for the publication of such Code of

 

Public General Laws, and if the said Code of Public General

 

Laws when published by said publisher shall be approved by

 

the commission hereinbefore provided for, the said publisher

 

shall be paid for the same by the State of Maryland, on the

 

order of the Comptroller to the Treasurer of the State, out

 

of such funds of the State as have not been otherwise ap-

 

propriated. The said State Reporter and Codifier shall provide

 

in like manner, from time to time, according to need, for the

 

codification and publication of a Code of Public Local Laws

such Code or Codes the same shall be placed in the possession

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.
