CHAPTER 313.

 

AN ACT to extend an Act entitled "An Act to incorporate

 

the Maryland Petroleum Mining and Manufacturing Com-

 

pany of Allegany County,'' passed at the January Session

 

of 1865, Chapter 188, for the period of forty years.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That the Act entitled "An Act to incorporate the Mary-

AN ACT to increase the number of the trustees of the St.

 

Mary's Female Seminary in St. Mary's County, Maryland.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That the number of trustees of the St. Mary's Female

Increasing

Seminary in St. Mary's County, be hereby increased to the

trustees.

stituted) by giving a representation on said board to each of

 

the religious denominations in St. Mary's County as far as

 

practicable; said additional trustee to be selected by the said

 

board of trustees as are now selected and appointed in cases

from the date of its passage.
