LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

SEC. 19. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners

chises, privileges and exemptions now enjoyed by said rail-

 

road company, subject, however, to the conditions, restric-

 

tions and limitations upon the same

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

emptions from taxation which are now held and enjoyed by

 

the said Queen Anne's Railroad Company under the several

 

Acts of Assembly of this State having relation thereto, sub-

 

ject, however, to the conditions, limitations and restrictions

 

now attached by law to said privileges and exemptions, and
