CHAPTER 30.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 233 and 235 of Article 20 of the

 

Code of Public Local Laws, title "Somerset County, " sub-

 

title "Roads, " and to re-enact said sections so as to read

 

as follows:

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 233 and 235 of Article 20 of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws, title "Somerset County, " sub-title "Roads, "

 

be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to

 

read as follows:

 

233. That each supervisor shall make a full report to the

 

County Commissioners on blanks to be furnished by said
