Episcopal Church in the State of Maryland by the annual

 

election of its vestries, participation and membership in the

 

Diocesan Convention of that Church in the State, and has been

 

recognized by the Protestant Episcopal Church authorities of

 

the State as a regularly organized and incorporated church

 

congregation, and for the purpose of ratifying and confirming

 

its former acts and investing them with full authority in law.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

been and to be a regularly organized and incorporated body

 

of the State of Maryland, and that all the acts of the said

 

vestry of said church in relation to the tenure, sale and con-

 

veyance of property of whatever description held or sold and

 

conveyed by them be and the same are ratified, confirmed and

 

established as valid and sufficient in law.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.
