CHAPTER 27.
|

AN ACT to prohibit the sale, of spirituous and fermented
|
 
|
liquors and lager beer in all that part of Election District
|
 
|
Number Three (3) outside of the corporate limits of Grants-
|
 
|
ville, Garrett County.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That it shall be unlawful for the Clerk of the Circuit
|

more than three hundred dollars, or be sentenced to the Mary-
