in Petersville, District No. 12, in Frederick County, except

 

in the village of Knoxville, in said district, and to prevent the

 

sale of all kinds of intoxicating drinks in the above described

 

limits.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
