prosecuted, and for that purpose the Health Commissioner or

Commissioners and the officer or officers of the Board of
|
 
|
|
Health of every city and town in the State, or the inspectors
|
 
|
|
thereof, or any other persons designated by such Board of
|
 
|
|
Health or Health Commissioner or Commissioners are au-
|
 
|
|
thorized and empowered to visit and inspect at all reasonable
|
 
|
|
hours and as often as shall be practicable and necessary all
|
 
|
|
mercantile establishments in the city or town in which the of-
|
 
|
|
fice of the said Board or Department of Health or Health
|
 
|
|
Commissioner or Commissioners is situated, and it shall be un-
|
 
|
|
lawful for any person to interfere with or obstruct any such
|
 
|
|
inspecting official while in performance of his or her duties
|

AN ACT to prohibit the issuing of any license for the sale of
|
 
|
|
spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer at any place
|
 
|
|
in Petersville, District No. 12, in Frederick County, except
|
 
|
|
in the village of Knoxville, in said district, and to prevent the
|
 
|
|
sale of all kinds of intoxicating drinks in the above described
|
 
|
|
limits.

|
|
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
|
land, That it shall not be lawful for the Clerk of the Circuit
|
