"Galena," and to enact in lieu thereof the following sections,

 

to become Sections 127 and 134, and the additional Section

 

136 of said Article under said sub-title of "Galena."

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Galena, Kent

land, That Sections 127 and 134 of Article 15 of the Code of

County, Md.

Public Local Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title "Galena,"

 

be and the same are hereby repealed, and the following be and

 

they are hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to be Sections 127 and

 

134, and the additional Section 136 of said Article 15 of the

 

Code of Public Local Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title

 

"Galena."

 

127. An election shall be held on the first Monday of May,

 

in the year 1904, and on the first Monday in May in each year

nually, on or before the first clay of January, 1905, and every
