CHAPTER 270.
|
 
|
AN ACT for purchasing a lot of ground, if necessary, and for
|
 
|
the erection thereon of a new school building, in the Third
|
 
|
Precinct of the Fifth Election District of Anne Arundel
|
 
|
County, in that part of said district known as South Balti-
|
 
|
more; for furnishing said building, and to authorize and re-
|
 
|
quire the Board of School Commissioners of Anne Arundel
|
 
|
County to borrow money on the credit of Anne Arundel
|
 
|
County for that purpose, and to require the County Commis-
|
 
|
sioners of said county to endorse the bonds to be issued for
|
 
|
that purpose, and to levy on the assessable property of the
|
 
|
Fifth District of said county an amount sufficient to pay one-
|
 
|
third of the principal and interest thereof.
|
 
|
SECTION r. DC it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

the discharge of their duties, and all vacancies occurring in
|
 
|
said building committee, whether from death, refusal to act,
