more; for furnishing said building, and to authorize and re-

 

quire the Board of School Commissioners of Anne Arundel

 

County to borrow money on the credit of Anne Arundel

 

County for that purpose, and to require the County Commis-

 

sioners of said county to endorse the bonds to be issued for

 

that purpose, and to levy on the assessable property of the

 

Fifth District of said county an amount sufficient to pay one-

 

third of the principal and interest thereof.
