so far as the same applied to Montgomery County, and to

 

enact two new sections to Article 16 of the Code of Public

 

Local Laws, title "Montgomery County," sub-title "Fish,"

 

to follow Section 77, and to be designated as Sections 77A

 

and 776.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
