or other securities; to make such special regulations in refer-

AN ACT to rpeal Sections 40 and 41 of Article 39 of the Code

of Public General Laws, entitled "Fish and Fisheries," as

repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 427 of the Acts of 1896,
|

so far as the same applied to Montgomery County, and to
|
 
|
enact two new sections to Article 16 of the Code of Public
|
 
|
Local Laws, title "Montgomery County," sub-title "Fish,"
|
 
|
to follow Section 77, and to be designated as Sections 77A
|
 
|
and 776.

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

tion 77, and to be designated as Sections 77A and 776, and to

read as follows :

77 A. It shall not be lawful for any person to catch or kill
