the turnpike leading from Rockville to Bethesda; thence with

said turnpike in the direction of Rockville to the place of
|
 
|
beginning, and now embraced within the Seventh Election
|
 
|
District of Montgomery County, shall hereafter be a part and
|
 
|
parcel of the second precinct of the Fourth Election District
|
 
|
of said county ; and all persons residing within said limits shall
|
 
|
have and possess all the rights and privileges of citizens of said
|
 
|
second precinct of said Fourth Election District of said county.
|
 
|
and persons entitled to be registered as voters therein shall
|
 
|
be registered in said second precinct of said Fourth Election
|
 
|
District of said county.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 261.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 160 of the Acts of the General As-
|
 
|
sembly of Maryland of the year 1888, entitled "An Act to
|
 
|
provide for the repairs of the public roads of Calvert Coun-
|
 
|
ty," and re-enact the same with amendments.
|
 
|
SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners

incompetency, wilful neglect of duty or misdemeanor in office.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners

copied and recorded in a well bound book provided by them for
|
 
|
the purpose, all papers and proceedings in their office relating
|
 
|
to the opening, altering, condemning and locating of public
|
 
|
roads and public landings in said county, and the building of
|
 
|
all bridges within the bounds of said county.
