SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That Section 45 of Article 72 of the Code of Public Gen-
|
tatc Fishery

and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-

ments so as to read as follows :

45. The commander of said force shall have control and

main at the office in Annapolis and issue, by power, all orders
|
 
|
necessary for the proper maintenance and supply of said force ;
|
 
|
he shall, as often as practicable hold consultation with said
|

AN ACT to change the dividing line between the second pre-

|
cinct of the Fourth Election District and the Seventh Elec-
|
 
|
tion District of Montgomery County.
|
 
|
SECTION I. Be it enacted bythe General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That the territory embraced within the following metes
|

and bounds, to wit : Beginning at the intersection of the road

leading from Garrett Park with the turnpike leading from

precinct.

Rockville to Bethesda; thence with a straight line to the in-

tersection of the Orendorf Mill road with the Old Georgetown
|
 
|
road, near Bean postoffice ; thence with the Old Georgetown
|
 
|
road in the direction of Bethesda, to its intersection with the
|
 
|
road petitioned for by F. W. Bangcrter and others, as per
|
 
|
plat recorded in Plat Book No. I, Plat No. 51, of record in
|
 
|
the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County ;
|
 
|
thence with said last mentioned road to its intersection with
|
 
|
