SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That said corporation, under the

and shall have perpetual succession, and by such corporate

name may sue and be sued, and to make and have and use

rights, privileges, acts, matters and things incident and neces-

sary to the purposes of said corporation created by this Act.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the company hereby incor-

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That said company be
