subject to all the restrictions conferred on or provided for

electric and water companies formed under and by virtue of

sistent with the provisions of this Act.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That in case the said company

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Dell, all of the City of Baltimore, Maryland, and their suc-

cessors in office are hereby created a body corporate under the
|
 
|
name of the "Pearson and Baltimore Railroad Company," and
|
 
|
the saicl incorporators are hereby constituted and appointed
|
 
|
the directors of said company, and they shall have power at
|
 
|
any time after the passage of this Act to organize by the elec-
|
 
|
tion of a president and such other officers as may in their judg-
|
 
|
ment be to them necessary for the proper management of
|
 
|
the affairs of said company.
